We aim to respond within 1 business day. That is a first-response target, not a guaranteed resolution time.

What we can help with

• A calculation that does not look right on a specific loan file.
• A document that did not extract as expected.
• Plan, access, data-export, or account-deletion questions.

What we cannot do

Splender supports underwriting review. It does not replace a lender, an automated underwriting system, or an underwriter decision, and it does not approve or deny loans.

We cannot tell you whether a lender will approve a file, and we do not provide legal or compliance advice.
