What Splender stores

Splender stores the information you enter or upload while analyzing a loan file, and the calculations derived from it.

  • Your account details: email address and the loan officer identity fields you fill in under Settings.
  • Loan file inputs: borrower names, income, liabilities, property and housing details, and asset details you enter.
  • Documents you upload, and the structured facts extracted from them.
  • Calculation history and audit trail entries showing how each number was produced.
  • Support, data-export, and account-deletion requests you submit.

How your data is used

Your loan file data is used to run the underwriting analysis you asked for, to produce the reports you export, and to answer your questions inside the product.

Your data is not sold. It is not used to advertise to you.

Who can see your data

Loan file data is scoped to your account. Access rules on the database restrict each record to the account that created it.

Splender administrators can view account-level records such as plan state and support requests in order to operate the service.

Retention, export, and deletion

Your loan files stay available while your account exists, including when a trial ends or a subscription lapses — losing paid access never deletes your work.

You can request a copy of your data or ask for your account and its files to be deleted from Settings. Requests are logged and handled by the Splender team.

A fixed retention schedule is not published yet.

Security

Access to your records is enforced by per-account database rules, and the application is served over HTTPS.

Splender does not publish security certifications, audit reports, or encryption guarantees. Any such claim would require independent evidence, and none is asserted here.
